Job summary
We are looking for a Cell Leader for the Operations team, who will report to Production Manager at the Castelgomberto plant. In this role, you will be fully accountable for the SQPDCI results (Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, Cost, Innovation) of your production cell (which includes multiple lines).You will focus on loss elimination across the entire cell, removing barriers for your Line Leaders, and ensuring that each line achieves its business results in a Manufacturing Excellence environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and track operational targets for the cell and production lines.
- Lead daily performance meetings, set priorities, and ensure resource alignment.
- Drive safety and quality compliance, conducting audits and resolving gaps.
