Position Summary

Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Engineering- und Procurement-Teams zusammen und erstellen präzise BOM‑Kosten für neue Produkte
Dabei unterstützen Sie die Produktmanager bei der fundierten Analyse von Produktkosten und Marktpreisen
Sie stellen dem Vertrieb, unserem Distributoren‑Netzwerk sowie Endkunden die erforderlichen Produktmuster, technischen Informationen und Marketingunterlagen zur Verfügung
Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie die Marketingkommunikation, wirken an der Planung und Veröffentlichung von Marketing‑Content mit und unterstützen das Projektmanagement
Nicht zuletzt stellen Sie sicher, dass Produktentwicklungen und Produktneueinführungen gemäß der Produkt‑Roadmap erfolgreich umgesetzt werden

Connected to Your Future | Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with our engineering and procurement teams to create precise BOM (Bill of Materials) cost estimates for new products.
You will support the product managers in conducting thorough analyses of product costs and market prices.
You will provide the sales team, our distributor network, and end customers with the necessary product samples, technical information, and marketing materials.
In addition, you will support marketing communications, contribute to the planning and publication of marketing content, and assist project management.
Finally, you will ensure that product developments and new product launches are successfully implemented in line with the product roadmap.

Position Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement
Technisches Verständnis für Steckverbindersysteme
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit internen Teams, Vertriebspartnern und Kunden
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

Perfect Match | Your Profile

Completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable field
Professional experience in product or project management, ideally in the military or aerospace connector industry
Technical understanding of connector systems
Proficient in MS Office
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams, sales partners, and customers
Very good English language skills
Position can be based both in Germany and Italy
