    For our client, a leading multinational company in its field of activity, is looking for a

    FACILITY & GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGERMain responsibilitiesThe role, is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of company's general affairs, including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management.

    The person person plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of the copmpany's physical infrastructure and in ensuring the safety and security of the workplace in compliance with the actual law and administrative processes.

    Facility Management and Real Estate Management Building and Utilities contractsProperty management of company buildings & apartments Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance Soft services managementTenders renegotiation for facility management services Procurement and negotiation of contracts of General Affairs activities (vendor pre-selection, tender docs writings, contracts)

    Health and Safety environment (TU 81/08 et s.m.i.)
    Organization and planning of HSE activities towards employees:

    internal information and training activities, management of emergency proceduresHSE activities towards contractors: DUVRI, definition and sharing of the HSE procedures, documents collectionInsurance company program: coverages related to company buildings, injuries, All Risks, Travel etc.

    Company referent for the managed coveragesProposal of potential savings and new opportunitiesManagement of specific activitiesCandidate profileRequirements:
    Degree in Engeeniring or equivalentExperience: at least 7-10 years experience in similar roles gained in multinational companySkills:Strategic communication: ability to clearly convey information to all stakeholders involved;Target oriented approach

    Operational Leadership:
    competence in supervising operational teams (internal and external), ensuring that they collaborate effectively in maintaining and improving infrastructure and services;

    Problem Solving:
    creativity and readiness to find effective solutions;Operational efficiency: ability to analyse and optimise operational flows related to space and servicemanagement, aiming at quality with cost reduction

    Project Management:
