We are hiring We are looking for a Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist for our Siziano Office.Your Role :
The customer service will have to ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods with a view to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- management of receipt / preparation orders and direct supervision of the activities of the pharmaceutical logistics center
- use of the internal WMS for routine activities
- management of complaints and disputes with in-depth analysis and definition of improvement actions
- operate in compliance with the directives received, the approved plans, company and group policies and procedures
- ensure the regularity, quality and timing of the activities necessary to carry out the fulfillment of orders and the delivery of goods
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Master's or Bachelors degree
- Experience in multicustomer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent use of Excel and data analysis
- Advanced English level
- Driving license and own car
- Request for time flexibility during the induction period
