As Organization & Change Management Manager, reporting to the Group Organization & Change Management Senior Director, you will be directly involved in organizational projects in different areas, Group functions, Business Units and Supply Chain & Operations, depending on business and organizational needs and across all the geographies.

The mission of the role is to advise Ariston Group management in the assessment and design of more effective and efficient ways of working as well as appropriate organizational models, in line with the Group's key strategic priorities and operating model.

The main activities you will be engaged into are:

  • Provide detailed analysis of as-is organization and diagnosis to review micro / macro organizational structure (incl. analysis of pros and cons/make or buy/ capacity needs,..), including also benchmarking and gap analysis
  • Identify opportunities for organization improvement and enhancement in line with business objectives and priorities
  • Design new/reshaped processes, structures, roles, responsibilities and skills matrix
  • Development and monitoring of organization KPI's
  • Independently carry on projects streams, collaborating with functions/ other HR departments
  • Work in liaison with HR local teams, HR BPs and Corporate HR teams to identify needs and strategic solutions to improve organizations Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of Ariston Group operating model and integration of new acquired businesses
  • Contribute to the definition of change management programs and deployment plans
  • Facilitate and support line managers and HR managers in the execution of agreed change management plans

Background and skills required:

  • 68 years of experience in similar roles in multinational companies (management consultant back
- ground is a plus) or in management consultancy with proven experience in organization design projects working for multinational companies/clients

  • International experience and attitude
  • Highly focused on delivering results and excellent service, being selfdriven and developing effective relationships throughout the Organization
  • Analytic approach and ability to handle data
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Adaptability and orientation to change and ability to work in complex environment
  • Familiar with working in a matrix organization
  • Degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Power point, Excel and good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is a plus
