Cognizant Italy is expanding its SAP team and we are looking for an SAP HR Consultant with previous experience in Payroll.

What will be your main responsibilities?
Lead & Knowledge Transition of
SAP HR ( PAYROLL) for large SAP system from existing vendor.
Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams.
Lead/Build & Mentor an offshore delivery team compromising of varied level of skills & experience as needed.
Contribution in
SAP HR ( PAYROLL) area to solving tickets against SLA.
Run production issue calls & get to a resolution including but not limited to Trouble shooting complex production issues.
Proactively find & implement improvement opportunities improvements implemented this shall be a KPI.
Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs
Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.
Follow AMS/AVM processes & ensure the entire team adheres to it.
Adhere to SLAs & ensure the team adheres to the SLAs.
Prepare/Present status reports as needed.
Participate and drive Weekly Operational Meetings (WOM) calls with business stakeholders for the respective module

Requirements:

1.
SAP HR (PAYROLL) consultant with at least 5+ years of experience.

2.
Excellent knowledge in Payroll /HR to Fi/Co integration / Time Management/Personal Administration
