- Participate in the design activities for Mechanical & Plumbing Systems serving buildings, through the design of specific/critical items and/or the validation of the documentation produced by other project colleagues, ensuring the quality of the design activities/documentation of competence and compliance with contractual requirements, time, and budget;
- Ensure coordination with other disciplines to integrate elements from other Functions into the design activities of competence;
- Perform the calculation, technical offer tabulation, and verification of the Vendor's reports, also accepting their final reports;
- Collaborate in creating and following up on the integrated 3D building model developed with BIM approach for the owned disciplines;
- Provide support to the Functions responsible for construction, commissioning, and testing activities based on project needs;
- Assist the Project Leader in both the proposal and execution phases, preparing/revising the 'material requisition (M.R.) and work requisition (W.R.)', ensuring their compliance with technical requirements, contractual provisions, and basic specifications;
- Support Materials & Work Quantities Estimating & Management activities for the quotation of installation quantities related to relevant construction activities;
- Participate in the preparation/update of the Standards/Procedures/Work Instructions related to the specific area of competence;
- Stay up to date about the specific discipline and participate in technical training to enhance design capability in the specific discipline of the group, also transferring knowledge to colleagues.
- University Degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline or equivalent.

Your mission will be to ensure, for the assigned projects, the engineering activities related to mechanical & plumbing systems for buildings, such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning: air distribution and chilled/hot water piping, direct expansion and any other air conditioning system), Plumbing (potable water, condensate water, sewage and drainage, compressed air and fluids piping), Fire Fighting (active water base, clean agent and other systems) and Elevator/Lift and mobile escalator (scope and design coordination).
