Nature and aim of the position


The aim of the position is to take care strategic relationship with external stakeholder (associations, tour operators, flight companies etc ).

Partner Relationships Manager is responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners in order to develop co-marketing activities and events.

She/He is responsible to promote and coordinate the local corporate communication and materials providing support to the sales organization.

Main duties and responsibilities


Main duties:

  • Coordination of the provider for Public Relations
  • Build and maintain relationship with strategic partners
  • Generate new partnership opportunities
  • Lead plan and contents of external advertorial and internal newsletters.
  • Lead Global Blue LinkedIn channel creating an editorial plan including corporate and commercial contents
  • Monitors brand guidelines
  • Manages local PR plan consistent with Group guidelines & targets and Event Management
  • Communication to clients through digital channels.

Reporting and collaboration

The holder of this position reports to Marketing Director and she/he collaborates with:

  • Sales Teams

  • Local Senior Leadership Team/other relevant stakeholders

Education and qualifications

  • University degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
Experience

A previous experience in Retail, Tourism or B2B services is a plus.
