Missione:

The Supply Chain Inventory Analyst
INTERN supports monitoring the impact of the inventory on a weekly basis, including the generation of status reports for Management.

He/She will contribute in the implementation of the inventory strategy for the reference plant.

The role will involve working closely with all Industrial Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Marketing and Sales functions within the organization.

This position will report to the Supply Chain Process Coordinator.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Assist with coordinating inventory for the BU / Plant.
Liaises between the internal Planning, Warehouse, Production and Finance functions in the analysis and reporting of excess and obsolete inventory.
Support the implementation of strategies to achieve material plans.
Initiates, develops and leads projects to control inventory and achieve inventory plan.
Analyses material plans and makes recommendations on levels of inventory.
Produces weekly reports to forecast and track inventory.
Controls and monitors surplus inventory, assists in implementing action plans.
Support in process review.

Profilo:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or related qualification.
SAP knowledge and experience are desirable.
Good Excel skills and good knowledge of G-Suite are desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent motivational and interpersonal skills.
