    Ajax Systems, the most awarded security system provider in Europe, seeks a dedicated professional for the Pre-Sales Engineer role to provide technical support to B2B clients and explain product details.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on products
    • Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers
    • Teach technical staff to increase knowledge of products and technology
    • Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer needs and technical consultation
    • Market research and comparative analysis of competitor products
    • Develop long-term relationships with key partners
    • Test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team
    • Analyze customer needs with the sales department

    Requirements

    • University Degree in IT or Engineering
    • 2+ years of experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, and related areas
    • Excellent working knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control Systems
    • Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems
    • Public speaking experience (advantageous)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Flexible with business trips, trade shows, and more
    • Outgoing personality and ability to work independently
