Job summary
Act as principal in-house legal advisor for fast-moving innovation-driven organization providing legal guidance across product commercial corporate and compliance matters.Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on product development privacy data protection and intellectual property matters
- Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements vendor contracts and technology transactions
- Support compliance initiatives counseling teams on legal regulatory implications of proposed transactions
- Advise on global employment matters including policy development compliance partnership with People teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders external counsel to resolve cross-border legal issues
- Support General Counsel additional projects corporate governance organizational initiatives
