Associate Manager,
(Legal, Temporary & Staffing Solutions)

In this role you will provide support to CES division and to Project Managers, Directors and employees within the allocated customer managed projects, in order to strengthen the employee relationship with IQVIA and increase and optimize the collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and audit temporary recruitment for CES division collaborating with HR and Operations
Follows processes and procedures (new employee, leaver, transfer) and works with departments to ensure effective team administration and update of systems
Serves as a legal resource on human resource issues and initiatives related to temporary recruitment
Ensure all processes are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Recruitment, sizing and staffing assessment
Develops and implements necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices
Assist in tracking and building pipeline for high volume recruitment
Drafting of policies and contract reviews
Provide legal advice to company business and client units on employee policy matters.

Qualifications

Preferred Degree in Law or Human Resources Administration
35 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Personnel Administration
Contract Management related to Temporary recruitment and Staff Leasing
Strong knowledge and professional experience with Articolo 25 and Formazione Finanziata
Strong knowledge of Labour Law and disciplinary litigation
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
