YOUR ROLE:


  • Defining and managing the sales forecast process in order to assure the availability of the requested product in the right quantity and at the right time
  • Developing sales forecast on monthly and weekly level in tons and cons per each product related to 6 rolling months and Mid-Term forecast (18 months) per brand/format.
  • Working out the role of Demand planning process owner to establish, track and improve the local procedures defined in Demand Planning in order to increase process efficiency and forecast accuracy.
  • Playing the role of interface between Global Supply Chain and Local Sales and Marketing
  • Leading the S&OP process, building a reliable and shared forecast from customer level to country level, to reach the consensus
  • Anticipating issues and manage proactively the market unpredictability
  • Monitoring the complexity and defining hurdles for new Promo format creation

YOUR SKILLS:


  • University degree in Engineering or Economics
  • 12 years in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCEL
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multifunctional team
  • High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking
  • Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects
