Job Overview:
The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for the reception, and storage of products.

The receiver must verify that the arriving products have been ordered at the amount specified by the invoice and order.

The receiver is also responsible for preparing requisitions for all departments of the hotel. The receiver plays an important role at keeping stores clean and organized.

Basic requirements:

Qualifications:

Knowledge and ability to recognize the types of products used in the hotel.
Knowledge on how different types of products should be stored (FIFO).

Excellent communication and social skills:
able to relate with co-workers and purveyors in a positive and effective way.

Able to lift heavy weights throughout the day.

Essential Skills:

Ability to systematically respect deadlines
Ability to efficiently organize workload
Ability to respect personnel's private data personnel (personal issues)
Ability to keep a professional image and language
Ability to work under pressure

Contratto di lavoro:
Part-time

Orari part-time: 30 a settimana
