An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS as Junior Omnichannel Specialist.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Omnichannel

  • Operational support for omnichannel IT System maintenance, testing and debugging; preparation of the training materials for the salesforce, customer service activities (payments, fraud and returns)
  • Benchmarking retail competitors
  • Support in the omnichannel strategy definition

Marketplace

  • New marketplace activation: operational support for omnichannel IT System maintenance, testing and debugging; preparation of the training materials for the salesforce.
  • Monitor Order Process vs stores
  • Performance stores KPI reporting linked to Marketplace channels.

Operations

  • Support to logistic area for the region: regularly meeting to define and monitor activities roadmap.
  • Visit to central warehouse to check activity flow and quality.
  • Backlog orders (website, marketplaces and omnichannel retail) monitor
  • Coordinate the activities related to packaging: quantity and reorders forecasting, suppliers search and comparison, tender assignment, reporting.


  • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related studies
  • 2 years of experience working on eCommerce Operations in an international environment
  • Thrive for improving procedures and find solutions to problems, with a datadriven approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among colleagues and external partners
  • Welldeveloped understanding for data analysis and interpretation, as well as for eCommerce technological platforms such as SFCC, PSP, OMS, WMS, ERP, Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Passionate about the fashion and luxury industry would be a plus
