Consultant Adecco Technical & Engineering, on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for:
an experienced
Project Manager solar/e-mobility to deliver solutions in the SME market, principally focusing on roof PV plants.

He/she will principally:

Complete site surveys defining solutions cost assessment
Deliver PV and emob solutions according to contract signed by sales colleagues or Agencies
Lead the project team members (engineering, procurement, contract management, support function );
Manage the complete construction of PV Solar plant or emob charging point (LV-MV)
Guarantee planned delivery timeline and costs
Assist, support and go with sales team in the most complex negotiations
Help to seek and find new installer partner to increase SME delivery platform
Project Reporting to assess assigned targets achievement
Final solution commissioning and customer billing

Requirements:

Technical background, Master's degree in electrical or energetic engineering is a plus;
12 years of experience in energy efficiency solution project management;
Organizational and time management skills;
Strong communication skills;
Creative problem solving for critical projects/ on site crisis situations;
Autonomous worker and team player;
Good level of English, both written and spoken, a plus.
