- Redigere URS e capitolati tecnici per l'acquisto di nuovi equipment/sistemi a servizio della produzione farmaceutica;
- Partecipare alle riunioni tecniche di progetto con fornitori e stakeholders interni;
- Revisionare la documentazione tecnica ed assicurare che risponda ai requisiti di progetto;
- Supportare l'Engineering Associate Manager nella gestione del piano di investimenti;
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti tecnici, assicurando il rispetto dell'ambito, del gantt e del
- budget approvato.
- Garantire un reporting efficace all'Engineering Associate Manager relativamente allo stato dei progetti in corso.
- Garantire un adeguato coinvolgimento delle parti interessate (stakeholders) in tutte le fasi critiche dei progetti;
- Supervisionare le attività di installazione/cantieristiche fornendo evidenza dello stato di avanzamento progressivo;
- Assicurare l'aderenza alle cGMP's, alle good engineering pratices, alle procedure operative e alle norme safety;
- Partecipare attivamente agli audit regolatori (ambito GMP e HSE) e cooperare con il team Engineering per l'implementazione delle CAPA scaturite;
- Partecipare all'ottimizzazione e standardizzazione del sistema procedurale in ambito engineering.
