1. Follow " Janitor/security guards' responsibilities" and other relevant company regulations


  • Check on the pass of incoming and out going personnel, vehicles and goods and make relevant record
  • Prevent those who do not follow laws and regulations from coming into company premises
  • Receive and register visiting personnel(related to company interest) and suppliers/contractors and provide necessary service
  • Receive and forward incoming mail and deliver them to the recipient and ask for their signature
  • Assist the guards in security patrol esp. night patrols
  • Hoist flags and keep flags properly
  • Call police when needs arise and actively involvement in contingency plan
  • Take care and familiar operate the Automatic fire fighting facilities. Closely follow up the automatic fire fighting facilities.
  • Fill in the duty record and hand over to other shift
  • Support to do the prevention and fire extinguishing.
