Details of the assignment:

A loving family based in Milan, Italy, is in search of an experienced and nurturing nanny to become part of their household. They have a 2yearold child and another on the way, due on November 30th. In the initial 6 months, the nanny's primary focus will be on the 2 yo old providing guidance on developmental milestones, instilling good behaviours and manners, and fostering a strong bond with the child. During this period, a night nurse will care for the newborn, allowing the nanny to concentrate on the older child. The nanny will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 or 9:00 until 18:00 or 19:00 and will be provided with a private bedroom and bathroom within the family's home.
After approximately 6 months, the nanny's role will shift, taking care of both the baby and the 2 yo. The older child will be attending nursery from September from 8:30 until The nanny will provide excellent childcare and facilitate a smooth transition into the nursery and support the child's development while caring for the baby.
