We are looking for an
Electronic failures and incident management technical project leader
to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to to the Head of Integration SW whole vehicle
and functionally to the Coordinator of electronic SW integration.**You will be responsible to manage the failure of electronic systems/devices to ensure targets achievement in terms of performances and integration within the overall vehicle.

You will cooperate with engineers in charge to develop electronic vehicle architecture/topology and devices (within the organizational unit or in other R&D functions for different testing purposes).


  • Supporting technical analysis on IoC (Indicator of compromise) from all threat sources (internal penetration tests, AS field incidents, cases group, alerts from several systems ).
  • Deciding which cybersecurity cases must be treated in the CSI (prefilter)
  • Bridging information between CSI and secure development to identify the fixing of the vulnerability.
  • Integrating incident analysis activities with E/E failure analysis activities KPI's
  • Preparing technical documentation for Cyber Security Incidents, and other escalation meetings.
  • Supporting testing team in the reproduction of issues/vulnerabilities reported
  • Prepare for each project, the necessary reports about vulnerabilities/incidents and related criticalities.
  • Supporting the management and resolution of complaints raised by different departments.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of complaint analysis during the bugfix lifecycle.
  • Ensuring an efficient communication between involved stakeholders and a correct usage of the Lamborghini bugs tracking system.
  • Supporting the creation of periodical reports about the current development process.
  • Providing the related overview about car project status and share the information with stakeholders.
  • Supporting testing, validation and integration activities providing experienced skills in problem solving and alternative analysis.
  • Facilitating the communication between testers and System Owners, until final approval of the Bugfix implementation.
  • Coordinating CSI in Lamborghini, and interface with APS committee.
  • Coordinating lessonlearning process.
  • Interfacing with group for vulnerabilities/incidents during group clearance calls
  • Performing the steering of external resources during high workload peaks.

About you

  • Engineering degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing Industries (similar processes/ complexity)
