Your Role
We are looking for a dedicated Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Cesena, Italy.

As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding the organization in compliance and excellence in sustainability reporting, particularly in relation to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other recognized standards such as TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) and ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board).

This role requires a deep understanding of sustainability reporting requirements, the ability to conduct gap analyses, and skills to implement necessary solutions.

Your Impact

Gap Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sustainability reporting requirements, including those set forth by CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, and other relevant standards. Identify existing gaps in the current reporting system and assess compliance with new requirements.

Closing Gaps: Develop and implement action plans to close identified gaps in the sustainability reporting process. Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that necessary corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with sustainability reporting requirements, including those stemming from CSRD and other applicable standards. Monitor regulatory developments and update processes and reports accordingly.

Data Management: Coordinate the collection, analysis, and management of data required for sustainability reporting. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reported data.

Communication and Training: Effectively communicate sustainability reporting requirements and necessary corrective actions to various levels of the organization. Provide training and support to employees to ensure adequate understanding of requirements and reporting processes.
About You

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Finance, Environment, or Sustainability.
  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting, with particular focus on CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, or other recognized standards.
  • Indepth knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and reporting practices.
  • Demonstrated ability in gap analysis and implementation of corrective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Orientation towards accuracy and quality in data collection and management processes.
