Destination Manager Support Officer (Italy, Rome) (Part-time role)

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assisting DMs with online bookings (excursions, event entrances etc.)
- Responsible for restaurant bookings
- Dealing with various reservations requests
- Dealing with Train/Bus/Ferry Tickets Reservations upon request
- Adding Content into JayWay internal system Marco (accommodation, excursions, transfers, suggestions, etc.)
- Updating information accurately and promptly
- Helping with various other administrative tasks
- Assisting with other projects upon request
Preferred requirements and skills

High-level spoken and written English and Italian:
Must be based in Rome:- Excellent organisational & administrative skills
- Flexible availability
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous organising, trip/event planning, or booking experience
- Travel/Leisure & Hospitality industry experience
- Solid knowledge of local restaurants, hospitality and local attraction areas
