Key accountabilities:

EHS Data

Extract data from Teranga and check accuracy/consistency (analyst); contact with EHS Managers and Site Managers to correct data
Produce EHS dashboard
Support analysis : comprehensive studies about accidents

EHS Reporting Tool

Maintain the update of key user for Alstom

- support to training delivery plan
- support to update and deploy the EHS procedures and DVR

EHS tools and tracking system

Support the definition of the EHS Scorecards and view to implement
Tracking tools to manage EHS plan deployment

Administrative support
- support to organize meeting and prepare the agenda

Competencies & Skills

Mandatory knowledge of MS Word, Outlook
Solid knowledge of Excel and database management

Details oriented, organization & time management
