Power System Designer Manager:


Responsibilities:

Define the best possible solution, with the available resources (time, IP's, skills, budget), in terms of power converter system to a project requirements' set;
Identifying gaps in Company knowledge and expertise, to support requests from Market, hence defining relevant innovation targets and needs;
Active participation to RFQ process, being responsible for Concept definition;
Definition and implementation of processes aimed to model, simulate, emulate Power Systems to accelerate development and reducing time to market;
Allocate available resources on projects according to company prioritization and roles skill/seniority matching;
Define personal targets for team members (for both hard and soft skills) as basis for performance evaluation review and MBO where applicable;
Ensure a constant feedback exchange with team members to foster transparency culture and share clear mutual views on ongoing cooperation;
Monitor and control department processes via defined KPIs to pursue agreed targets of effectiveness, efficiency, quality, responsiveness;
Manage department budget according to targets;
Define hiring plan and follow resources recruitment/selection/on-boarding process.


Qualifications and Experience Levels:

Degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent;
Advanced knowledge of knowledge of power electronics;
Previous experience in e-mobility;
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
