    Marketing Growth Lead

    We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Growth Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage the entire marketing funnel from brand positioning to acquisition, activation, and retention.

    • The Marketing Growth Lead will define and implement our brand positioning strategy across multiple markets.
    • The individual will optimize acquisition strategies across both inbound (Enterprise/Big Accounts) and self-service (SMB) channels, organic and paid.

    This role plays a key role in defining and scaling our marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO allows for high-level autonomy with direct impact on company growth.




    • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Manager roles, preferably within SaaS companies or eCommerce sectors.

    • Demonstrated expertise in defining and executing Go-To-Market strategies is essential.

    • Candidates should have solid knowledge of performance marketing platforms as well as hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot; GA4 would be beneficial but not necessary.
