We are looking for motivated, proactive, and dedicated young professionals with adaptable and curious minds to join and enhance our Regional Presales team.

Equipped with strong motivation and determination, you will embark on a journey to become a solution domain expert, developing your skills and expertise in both technical and commercial aspects of one or more specialized healthcare sub-domains.

Thanks to our new operating model, Regional Presales teams play a key role in Dedalus.

Supported by expert corporate teams, we are at the intersection between global R&D and local market, playing a strategic and supporting role to local sales forces.

In essence, your role will be instrumental in shaping Dedalus Italia's growth and sales strategy, as you effectively communicate the value of our globally developed products to existing and prospective customers.


  • Job Duties & Accountabilities_
  • Become a subdomain specialist and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, both locally and globally, to swiftly develop and maintain uptodate knowledge/documentation for specific Dedalus products, as well as related marketing material, and other reusable assets.
  • Play a pivotal role in customer engagement efforts by assisting in the conduct of technical analyses aimed at identifying customers' pain points, business and technical requirements, and assessing both their current ("as is") and desired ("to be") scenarios.
  • Utilize your domain expertise to contribute to the production of technical proposals and support the setup and delivery of customized technical demonstrations that emphasize customer value while showcasing optimal solutions tailored for their needs.
  • Participate actively in market analysis and tactical account planning activities.
  • Occasional trips to customers and/or other Dedalus locations within the Italian territory.
  • Job Qualifications_
  • Education_
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Engineering, Science or Economics disciplines, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or Health informatics
  • Experience_
  • Minimum 1+ year of professional experience gained within the Healthcare sector
  • Previous experience in one of the following Healthcare subdomains is highly appreciated: EMR, EHR, Telemedicine, Interoperability, CUP, ADT, IV-Diagnostics, AI/BI
  • Any previous experience with cloud technologies and/or healthcare processes and interoperability standards (IHE, HL7, FHIR) will be considered a plus
  • Specific Skills_

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and argumentation skills, with a good command of English
  • You have a passion for technology, able to interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • You enjoy pitching the ideas developed within the team to customers, approaching it with a customeroriented perspective and a grasp of the customer's journey.
