    Job Title: Real Estate & Property Development Manager


    The company is looking for a proactive and motivated individual with strong technical expertise in architecture to manage the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for planning maintenance, renovation, and development projects.


    About You



    • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field (additional qualifications in Real Estate or Business Development are a plus)

    • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction regulations and project management processes

    • Excellent negotiation budgeting and stakeholder management skills

    • Possess high level of discretion reliability when handling sensitive information

    You Will Contribute To;


      i. Manage coordinate construction refurbishment projects liaising with architects engineers suppliers contractors \
      ii. Conduct feasibility studies financial evaluations for new real estate investments iii Coordinate efforts enhance corporate real estate assets iv Identify optimization expansion opportunities v Work closely internal departments Legal Procurement Finance contract budget management vi Monitor market trends propose strategies acquisition disposal enhancement properties
