    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant will Pprovide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors.

    Also, assist with general office administrative functions.

    Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

    Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. OPERATIONS

    Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls by providing excellent customer service to callers by routing calls to appropriate person.

    Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions. Execute various administrative tasks, including order requisitions May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents. Sorting, opening and distributing of in-coming mail. Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.

    Help with vehicle fleet tasks Support travel, hotel and car bookings for field personnel Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

    Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Support in collecting and analyzing information relating to cost/efficiency of operations to improve business strategies COMMUNICATION
    Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports FINANCIAL
    All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
    Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential Supervisors are expected to actively engaging their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunities Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personal & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforce VISION & LEADERSHIP
    Demonstrates leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
    This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: Qualifications


    REQUIRED:

    • 4 Years of general clerical and administrative experience Proficient typing skills General computer knowledge. Professional attitude with a strong customer service awareness and focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel Strong organization and timemanagement skills Proficient typing and word processing skills

    PREFERRED:
    University Degree/Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years related experience Master's degree & 0-2 yrs experience Prior receptionist and/or customer service related experience is preferred Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
