Requirements:

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Bank of Italy, with a focus on banking and fintech sectors.
Conduct regulatory assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
Knowledge of ICT compliance matters
Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes internally.
Assist in regulatory audits and examinations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement compliance initiatives and drive organizational change.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking or fintech industries.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements issued by the Bank of Italy, particularly related to EMI's and payment institutions.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and local language(s) required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with regulatory bodies or financial institutions in Italy.
Background in law firms specializing in banking or financial services.
Certification in regulatory compliance or related field.
