Requirements:


  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Bank of Italy, with a focus on banking and fintech sectors.
  • Conduct regulatory assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
  • Knowledge of ICT compliance matters
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes internally.
  • Assist in regulatory audits and examinations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement compliance initiatives and drive organizational change.

Qualifications:


Essential Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking or fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements issued by the Bank of Italy, particularly related to EMI's and payment institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s) required.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience working with regulatory bodies or financial institutions in Italy.
  • Background in law firms specializing in banking or financial services.
  • Certification in regulatory compliance or related field.
