It will be part of the Group controlling team, with a strong focus G&A spend analysis, the consolidation process and the wider group controlling process

Your Tasks

Consolidation of regional/local management accounts
Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated G&A spend
Build relationships with the regional/local finance functions, helping to bring together information and reporting in a timely, clear manner
Support the budgeting, forecasting and midterm financial planning processes of the Group G&A function
Create performance KPI's and conduct variance and ratio analysis of current spend vs. budget and forecast
Ensure implementation of the continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes and systems

Your Profile

University Degree in Business / Financial Management, with a focus on Controlling and Finance
Minimum 2 years, in a Finance Department or in a consulting firm (audit or transaction service experience)
Real team player and strong attitude for improvement and change
Quantitative approach with a business lens and mindset, capability to identify risks as well as opportunities and provide insights
Target oriented, resilient and proactive
Fluent in English
Proficient computer skills: MS Office (very good Excel skills mandatory); CCH Tagetik and MS Dynamics are a plus
Available to travel, periodically, both in Italy and Abroad
Role will be preferably based in Milan, with flexibility for Home Office (ca. 50% of the time)
