Posizione:

Italdesign is looking for new graduates willing to join an innovative and international business environment, working in agile way and enjoying the teamwork spirit.

You will gain a great experience in learning all the instruments, procedures and technical aspects with the support of your tutor and colleagues of the Department.

As our Strategy Intern, you will be involved in market research, data analysis, strategy formulation and workshop facilitation.

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will work cross-functionally to shape the strategic positioning of a major player in the automotive engineering services market, gaining valuable experience in the rapidly changing automotive sector.

Responsibilities
As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor to learn the major duties of the role:

Market Research: Conducting comprehensive research on the Engineering Service Provider Industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and challenges for our company;

Data Analysis: Assisting in data collection and analysis to derive meaningful insights that will inform our strategic decision-making process;

Strategy Development: Collaborating with the Head of Strategy to develop actionable strategies that align with our long-term business objectives;

Workshop Facilitation: Coordinating and assisting in the facilitation of strategy workshops;

Presentation and Communication: Preparing clear and concise presentations and reports to convey findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Requisiti:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferential requirements

Knowledge of the engineering services market;
Knowledge of the automotive industry;
First experience in strategic work (e.g., consulting projects).
