STEM IT is our new five-year Professional Development Program customized for Professionals who are interested in developing their career in STEM roles (_Manufacturing, Quality & HSE, Project Services and Installation, IT, Supply Chain, R&D)_.
We aim to hire Professionals passionate about Science and Sustainability who eager to make a real impact in the Energy Transition and Digitalization of our Communities.
You'll join a team in your Country of employment and your role will directly contribute to the local organization's results.
Suppliers selection/ Acting as focal point for communication with Suppliers)- Define the best strategy to engage strategic Suppliers during Bidding phase- Strategically select opportunities for Pre-Bid Agreements- Manage complex contractual negotiations (i.e.
FIDIC, LOGIC, BIMCO) ensuring, with the support of the legal department, the necessary back to back with the main contracts- Scout the market to expand Suppliers basis for strategic commoditiesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Tender Specialist with the following skills and motivations:
- Previous experience of 3/5 years
- Solid professional experience developed into multinational companies with matrix organizations
- Determined, enthusiast and committed to manage complexity and challenges
- Excellent team building abilities
- Customer oriented
- English fluent, written and spoken
