    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to finalize sales contracts.
    • Develop the business of Converting and Packaging Machinery.
    • Share and update new market needs with the Marketing Office and Product Management.
    • Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers in the reference area to conclude contracts for the sale of the product.
    • Build and maintain a relationship with distributors and agents.
    • Identify market growth opportunities within the assigned area.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Make an offer based on the customer's inputs/needs.
    • Verify the completeness of the offer concerning the customizations of the order requested by the customer.
    • Scout new customers.
    • Visit customers.
    • Participate in trade fairs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economy/Business Administration.
    • Excellent sales record and proven experience in the world of Industrial Automation.
    • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian, plus another language.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM; knowledge of SAP is desired.
    • Strong numerical, financial, and analytical abilities.
    • Able to balance budgets.
    • Available to travel as required.
    • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
    • Able to work under pressure.
