Contract Review & Litigation Advisor to join its office in
Genoa, Italy within the Contract Review & Litigation Division.


Mission:

Contract review and litigation


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out regulatory and case law research and provide opinions mainly on contractual matters.
  • Support the business in analysing contracts including nondisclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, joint venture agreements, contracts for the provision of the main services of the Group, settlement agreements proposing possible amendments or additions to the relevant clauses, taking in due account both the applicable law and the business requests.
  • Draft power of attorneys.
  • Handle thirdparty foreclosure deeds.
  • Analyse claim letters and drafting replies.

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
