    Descrizione del ruolo


    Inserita nell'area Ricerca & Sviluppo e a diretto riporto del Direttore Generale, la risorsa avrà un ruolo strategico nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e materiali. Dall'ideazione alla produzione, sarà protagonista del processo di innovazione, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e normativi. Il ruolo prevede una collaborazione costante con designer, fornitori e reparti interni, con l'obiettivo di trasformare le idee in soluzioni concrete, sostenibili e ad alto valore competitivo.

    Principali attività


    Gestione delle certificazioni al fuoco per materiali fonoassorbenti e componenti d'arredo.

    Sviluppo prodotto : raccolta brief dai designer, progettazione, ingegnerizzazione e coordinamento delle fasi produttive.

    Redazione di documentazione tecnica e supporto ai processi di brevettazione.

    Supervisione delle tecniche produttive e dei processi di lavorazione.

    Controllo qualità a monte delle attività produttive.

    Ricerca e sperimentazione di materiali innovativi, con attenzione a performance, sostenibilità e design.

    Requisiti richiesti


    Laurea triennale in Scienza dei Materiali, Ingegneria dei Materiali o Ingegneria Industriale.

    Esperienza pregressa di 5-10 anni in ruolo analogo.

    Conoscenza approfondita di materiali, processi produttivi e filiera industriale.

    Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello minimo B2.

    Spiccato orientamento all'innovazione, problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.

    Tipologia contrattuale : Inserimento diretto con azienda cliente a Tempo Indeterminato - CCNL COMMERCIO. Range RAL 40-50K, commisurata all'esperienza reale del candidato scelto. Previsti Ticket buoni pasto.
