- Talent Acquisition and Management: Overseeing recruitment processes to attract top talent and manage programs for employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company's culture and values.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Designing and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensuring all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards.
- HR Technology and Data Management: Leveraging HR information systems and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Leadership and Team Management: Providing guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, of which at least 5 years in a leadership role in a SaaS company, possibly in high-growth environments.
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience with HR tools (i.e., HRISs, ATSs, etc).
- Willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling, to get involved in operational tasks where necessary, and remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support Accessiway's growth.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, culture building, change management, and compliance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable HR strategies.
- Experience in hiring, and leading distributed teams, and in managing global HR operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess workforce data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments.
- Proficiency in Italian.
