Objective:
The Commis de Cuisine is responsible for assisting and supporting the kitchen brigade in all necessary tasks for all services, to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the operations


QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and memorise ingredients and recipes given from ChefFollow instructions according to Chef's directivesKeep a clean and tidy work station at all timesFollow recipes according to HACCP guidelines
