Who we are looking for


Within the Indirect Procurement Team, the Global Procurement Specialist will support the definition and implementation of Global sourcing strategies, enabling operating models and solutions to support Amplifon's marketing strategy, priorities and must win battles.

In close collaboration with Global/Regional and Countries procurement and marketing teams, the resource will support the daily management and improvements (in terms of efficiency and savings), the following categories:

  • Media & Digital
  • Creative Agencies
  • Contact Centers

The main areas of responsibilities identified are:

  • Support the planning and implementation of Marketing Procurement activities in accordance with the defined strategy, and landing the strategy from global to local scale;
  • Perform benchmark and cost analysis in the procurement categories of interest, to widen the "costculture" in the organization and enable decision making
  • Autonomously lead sourcing projects (RFX), from the supplier selection and evaluation to the analysis of their commercial proposals, awards, and contracts definition;
  • Systematically develop with all key internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimal flows of reciprocal feedbacks, cooperation quality and efficiency of processes;
  • Identify, negotiate, contract and lead supplier relationship management of suppliers in a highquality, timely and costeffective manner;
  • Support project leaders and program managers and crossfunctional teams in the selection and management of suppliers and service providers.

What you'll need

  • University Degree, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing services, direct experience in the procurement of marketing services is a plus
  • Experience of procurement category management and knowledge/capacity to identify key procurement metrics and levers in structured organizations
  • Fluent in English, preferably Italian but not mandatory
  • Analytical thinker not worried to bring her/his structured approach in a highcomplexity environment
  • Able to create valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, able to create trust and influence decision making
  • Has natural curiosity and interest over the market and commercial trends, and is keen on bringing valuable insights to the global organization
  • Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time, effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible and open to travel
