    Service Engineer Position

    This role involves working as a well-rounded Service Technician in the field of pharmaceutical automation equipment.

    • Operate in an 80% mechanical and 20% electrical environment.
    • Support pharmaceutical manufacturers by attending customer calls and coordinating activities with the engineering planner.
    • Conduct routine service and calibration work, alongside reactive maintenance tasks such as fault finding, problem resolution, and repair.

    The ideal candidate will possess at least 2+ years of experience in service engineering/technician roles, gained working on complex pharmaceutical automation equipment. A degree-level education and experience working in cleanrooms or sterile environments are beneficial but not essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance and repair of equipment.
    • Quality assurance and quality control.
    • Customer support and relationship management.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2+ years of experience in service engineering/technician roles.
    • Degree-level education or equivalent.
    • Experience working in cleanrooms or sterile environments (beneficial).
