Prendere parte a un'aula formativa con docenti esperti su temi di Risk Management;Metterti in gioco in attività di training on the job su progetti stimolanti e innovativi;Apprendere step by step al fianco di colleghi di comprovata esperienza in un contesto giovane e dinamico.L'Academy Risk GP&C ti darà la possibilità di inserirti nel team Governance, Processes & Controls, dove imparerai a gestire progetti di consulenza in materia organizzativa e regolamentare in ambito Financial Services.
L'Academy in pillole:
Tre settimane di formazione in aula con lezioni frontali e lavori di gruppo sulle principali tematiche finanziarie in ambito Governance & Compliance, Processi del Credito, Internal Audit e AML; Più di un mese di attività progettuale su sfidanti incarichi finalizzati all'efficientamento e alla reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni per i principali player del settore;Al termine dei 3 mesi di Academy in stage, avrai la possibilità di entrare a far parte stabilmente del nostro Team, con brillanti prospettive di carriera.
Il profilo ideale che cerchiamo:
E' un laureato o laureando magistrale in Economia e/o Finanza o in materie STEM (es. Ingegneria Gestionale); Ha spiccato interesse per tematiche di Risk Management e per il mondo Finance;Sa parlare con fluidità in inglese;Ha una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;Ha naturale propensione al lavoro in team;Possiede ottime doti relazionali, predisposizione all'apprendimento e spirito di iniziativa;Empatia, proattività e versatilità.Sede: Milano
