Junior Indirect Buyer**

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support the daytoday activities necessary to purchase Indirect Materials, Services and Capex that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply;
Support the analysis and negotiation of supplier bids, tenders, proposals or quotations with terms that are in the organization's best interest;
Prioritize projects according to potential savings (cost, valueadded, etc.) and their feasibility over the short, medium, and long terms
Communicate with vendors to negotiate terms and conditions, contracts and resolve problems with the timeliness and quality of supplies and services;
Identify, research, and evaluate new possible suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing and reliability of supply;
Identify saving and improvement opportunities, possibly introducing new ways of thinking and approaches looking also at synergies within the Region;
Enter orders for managerial approval and release;
Collect Purchasing related data and provide management with operational reporting and analysis;

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to write and communicate verbally in a professional/business manner both in Italian and in English;
High workethics, discretion and confidentiality;
Good factbased negotiation skills;
Hardworking attitude;
Attitude and ability to work within an international and interfunctional team;
Results oriented, strong problemsolving skills, good teamwork and cooperation attitude.

Experience required**1-2 years' experience as Indirect Purchaser in a similar position;
