Solaris Biotechnology, a Donaldson brand under Life Science & Special Application that Designs and Manufactures Bioprocessing equipment, including Bioreactors, Fermenters, and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems for R&D and production purposes.

We are currently looking for a Rep Inside Sales.

The position will be based in Porto Mantovano.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather cost and technical data of special components, when requested, in order to complete accurate quotation package. Negotiate with subcontractor for supply of subcomponents, services and accessories
  • Qualifying inbound leads
  • Receive and process complex customer inquiries on pricing, leadtime, product offering, complaints through an efficient, prompt and friendly communication in order to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Learn about products and obtain recurring orders of bioprocessing equipment by independently preparing and releasing price quotations and proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Maintain customer database, record phone calls and sales activities in CRM.
  • Collect and compile needed sales data in order to issue monthly sales reporting
  • Achieve sales and profit targets
  • Establish key communication link between customer and internal departments (sales, service, logistics, finance, ) in order to keep all involved parties aware of customer activities

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree with Commercial orientation

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales service experience
  • Specific Knowledge: organizational and commercial skills
  • PC & computer skills
  • English and Italian
  • Understanding of the company's activities and knowledge of sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesmotivated
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Office Suite
  • Meeting sales and activities goals
  • Experience using a CRM and ERP systems
  • Customer service oriented
  • Desire to grow and develop
