What you should expect from the role:

At Arrow, Operations work closely with the executive management and regional teams to provide a wide range of operational support on projects and processes.

We are integral to planning, coordinating, and driving execution within the wider business teams.

Reporting is conducted on a regular basis across a multitude of regional and EMEA projects designed to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Projects can include Solution and Offering Development, Mobilization and Project Management, Delivery, and a wide range of Business Excellence and Technology roles.

Requirements:

You must have a
legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
You should have successfully completed your
computer science, mathematics, statistics or similar quantitative field degree or other relevant degree before October 2023 or not more than 2 years ago.
Business fluent
English & Italian (oral & written) are key requirements for this position.
Practical and theoretical experience and an aptitude for:
BPO management tools
Robotic process automation
Cognitive computing
Artificial intelligence
Predictive and prescriptive analytics
PMO principles
