    Overview Anche se non hai un contatto diretto con i clienti' le Tue responsabilit sono strategiche per il successo del Cafe. Presso Hard Rock sarai considerato un addetto alla cucina a 360 e imparerai a svolgere le seguenti funzioni: - Lavapiatti - Allievo Cuoco - Cuoco di Linea - Receiver Responsibilities Ba Le funzioni di base nel Cuore della Casa comprendono: - Ricevere e ordinare prodotti - Realizzare ricette e menu speciali - Mantenere puliti e in ordine la cucina' l'area di attivit ' la stanza dei piatti e il retro della cucina - Mettere in pratica le direttive in materia di salute e sicurezza - Dimostrarsi premurosi - Relazionarsi in modo professionale con i colleghi e lo staff Front-of-the-House - Pulire i piatti e avviare la lavastoviglie - Eseguire un corretto stoccaggio dei prodotti - Riciclare i prodotti Questo Café potrebbe considerare l'Outside Expo parte del Cuore della casa.
