    Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role
    The candidate will report directly to Head of Marketing and will be responsible for:
    Design, brief, and execute integrated marketing and media campaigns according to MG Motor Italy business goals and budget capacity;
    Liaise with MG Motor Italy business functions to ensure lead generation and conversion effectiveness;
    Measure, analyze and deeply monitor ROI and KPIs;
    Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results;
    Coordinate effort of third parties' agencies and suppliers' staff, manage agreement and related-budget;
    Regularly track and get insights into competitors' media & comms strategies;

    Work to improve MG brand relevance, creating content that will attract new customers and help keep existing ones engaged on various platforms/channels.

    Experience & Requirements of the candidate
    3-5 Years experience in similar roles.
    Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
    Good knowledge of English language (C proficiency level preferred).
    Outstanding proficiency in using media and KPIs-related, with a solid focus on digital performance.
    Clear understanding of business needs, to be translated into a campaign plan created for SMI performance goals.
    Team working skills, proactiveness and creative attitude.
