Currently we are looking for a
Sales Back Office for our Export Sales Department and responding to the Sales Export Director.

As part of our Export Team, you will be responsible for:


  • Manage/enter quotations and orders into company system/ERP
  • Verification, entry and management of orders
  • Update company system with all contacts related to the customers
  • Coordinating shipments with and for clients/partners
  • Coordinating shipments of samples and marketing collaterals
  • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks if required
  • Customer care and claims/returns management for assigned geo area and clients.
  • Management of all relevant activities to maintain excellent client relationship
  • Collaborate to prepare reports and presentations if required

Requirements:


  • Italian and fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in a third language
  • French and German preferred
  • Experience using ERP (AS400) and Office 36
  • Experience understanding drawings, plans and request for quotations
  • Experience in the technical B2B industry
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Minimum experience of 23 years in the role (Export Sales office or Export Customer care)
  • Experience in the furniture Industry
  • Experience understanding drawings, plans and request for quotations
  • Fluent in a third language
  • French and German preferred
  • Experience of 23 years in the role
