We are currently seeking a
Service Sales Account Manager to strengthen our Italian team.

In this position, you will be responsible for the success of our
entire portfolio of services (Agilent CrossLab) for key accounts in diverse industries (pharma, food, energy, etc ) in
Northern Italy.

These solutions include service contracts (instrumentation & software maintenance), compliance & enterprise services, laboratory asset management, software/digital management services (connected lab), etcMore information about this range of product on Agilent CrossLab.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Accountability for business performance of the services solutions mostly with existing customers but also new prospects
  • Take ownership of complex sales cycles with a consultative approach and manage the relationship with the various partners involved (internal & external)
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs with short, medium and long term business plans
  • Define development strategies on key accounts
  • Model and present business proposals / value plans to our clients
  • Work closely with field marketing, equipment sales, product specialists, inside sales and back office teams
For this role, you will cover
Northern Italy and will travel to costumers' site regularly in the area. As most of our clients are in
Lombardy, you would be ideally based in the region.


Qualifications:

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications:


  • University Degree in a
    Life Science or a
    Business related field

Significant direct sales experience with
laboratory solutions or/and
services:


  • Full proficiency in both
    Italian and
    English:
  • Good knowledge of data management tools and Excel would a be a plus
On a personal level, you are
self-driven,
service minded and
results oriented. You also have
great communications and persuasion skills to interact with many internal partners and customers at different levels. You enjoy
solving problems and working both
autonomously as much
as part of a team.
