Sourcing Recruiter (Remote)

YOUR TASKS

  • Deliver the best sourcing strategy for Etinars, respecting habits and approaches typical of each market
  • Build and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs, partnering with the Talent Team and the Hiring Managers

YOU HAVE

  • At least 12 years of sourcing experience in recruiting and talent scouting. Having worked in Head Hunting firm will be considered a plus if supported with a solid track record of closed selections for multiple roles
  • Great experience working with and building sourcing strategies with internal managers
  • Full autonomy in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches; additional experience in recruiting through other job platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in working a super fastpaced environment, being ready to match extremely ambitious hiring targets
  • Previous experience in IT and Aerospace recruiting or Tech recruiting in Benelux and Italian market will be a strong plus
  • Knowledge/experience of the European Space and International Organisations sector is a valuable asset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in either Italian and/or French and/or Dutch is highly desired.
  • High degree of selfmotivation, energy, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • International experience

LOGISTIC & SALARY

  • This role is either homebased or at our headquarters in Pont-SaintMartin (Aosta), Italy. Your main task will be ensuring the best recruiting strategy for Etinars, in Italy and in the other key markets (Benelux).
  • We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience ideally freelance/contractor.

Starting date:
not later than October 2023
