Descrizione attività

Incontri con il Cliente per l'elaborazione del Brief di progetto
Analisi dello stato attuale dell'immobile
Analisi dello stato urbanistico / edilizio / catastale
Elaborazione del test fit e della presentazione presentazione
Collaborazione con il construction manager per il budget
Presentazione al cliente del test fit e del budget seguendo tetris guidelines
Sviluppo del progetto preliminare in collaborazione con i consulenti impiantistici e con il construction manager
Sviluppo del progetto esecutivo in collaborazione con i consulenti impiantistici e con il construction manager
Supervisione in cantiere " Direzione artistica"
Close out del progetto
