- Around 5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or process cooling
- Proven track record managing regional or channel sales networks
- Comfortable with complex project cycles and negotiation processes
- Excellent communication and commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Technical curiosity and ability to engage engineering stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
